Where does content go?

When you create a page it will automatically be included in the site structure and is available via the recent updates and the search box.

However, sometimes you want content to show up in a specific section based upon the menu structure on the left of the page. Here is a summary of the menu items and what their destination is. The destinations can be the menu items on the left point to EITHER 1) listings of pages in a category 2) specific pages 3) certain functionality in the site

Home: Points to the home page.
About WWPNA: Points to the About WWPNA page
Advertising: Points to the Advertising page
Calendar: Points to the Calendar function of the site
Community Page: Points to the Community page
Contact: Points to the Contact page on the site
Crime and Safety: Points to the "Crime and Safety" category
Environmental Concerns: Points to the "Environmental Concerns" category
Historic Preservation: Points to the "History Welcome Page" category which only has two pages
Home Tour: Points to the "Home Tour" category
Land Use: Points to content labeled with either "Land Use" or "Transportation" categories
Membership: Points to the Membership page
Minutes: Points to the "Minutes" category
Newsletter: Points to the "Newsletters" category
Official Positions: Points to the "Official Positions" category
Transportation: Points to content labeled with either "Land Use" or "Transportation" categories
Zoning: Points to the "Zoning" category
Website Guide: Points to the "Website Guide" set of book pages - only admins can edit this page.
my account: Points to the user's account page - you cannot edit the content here.
Webmail: Points to the WWPNA Webmail System - you cannot edit this content.
