Zoning Committee MeetingFeb 27 2007 - 7:00pm Feb 27 2007 - 9:00pm Meeting Location: 214 S Grant St: Grant Avenue Community Center. There are two new items of business 1. 7:00 - A barbed-wire fence at 800 S Broadway. The city wants the fence removed, the property owner has replaced a fence the DOT removed during reconstruction of I-25. 2. 7:30 - Byer's field development. The developer Arcadia will be present to show their proposed plan to the Buyer's field vancant lot. A third possible item is Linda Austin's restaurant proposal for Broadway and Maple. Linda owns Mona's near My Brother's Bar and the REI flagship store. We'll discuss this around 7:15. Categories:
