The regularly scheduled Zoning Committee meeting, held the final Tuesday of each month, has been cancelled for October due to lack of agenda items. The November meeting is scheduled for November 25th.

2. TRICK OR TREAT STREET AT SOUTH HIGH – 10/28

South High School hosts Trick or Treat Street on Tuesday, October 28 from 4-6 p.m. Children from infant to 5th grade are welcome to participate. Cost is $3 per entrant, those under 2 are free. The event will take place in the new gym.

3. COFFEE ON REZONING AND MORATORIUM – 10/28

Councilman Nevitt will host an informational coffee at Michelangelo’s to answer questions and address concerns about his proposed rezoning and moratorium for West Washington Park. The remaining dates and times are as follows:

Tuesday, October 28th, 6:00 - 8:00 PM
Wednesday, November 12th, 6:30 – 8:30 PM
Sunday, November 23rd, 1:00 – 3:00 PM

4. COMMUNITY GARAGE SALE - 11/1

It's a bargain bonanza! The Washington Street Community Center will hold its twice annual Attic-To-Basement Garage Sale on Saturday November 1 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. This is a community-wide garage sale with items gathered over the past six months. Come and find your treasure!

5. WWPNA BOARD MEETING – MOVED TO 11/11

The regularly scheduled WWPNA Board meeting occurs on the first Tuesday of every month. In November, this conflicts with Election Day, so the Board meeting has been moved one week to November 11th. Location is still the Washington Street Community Center at 809 S. Washington, starting at 6:30PM.
