The December Board meeting will be held on the regularly scheduled first Tuesday of the month. We meet at 6:30PM at the Washington Street Community Center at 809 S. Washington.

2. ALAMEDA STATION PLAN MEETINGS - 12/3 AND 12/11

The Alameda Station Area Plan is the future plan for the 1/2 mile around Alameda Station, including Alameda to I-25 & Broadway to Santa Fe.

This plan will shape this area for decades to come –
NOW is the time to give your input - Please attend!!

Areas of possible concern:
- 8-10 story buildings on Broadway at Alameda and Ohio
- Traffic patterns into West Washington Park

Washington Park Cares, a not-for-profit organization, seeks volunteers to help community-based seniors with snow shoveling. Our motto is "Neighbors helping neighbors remain in their homes as they grow older." If you are able to shovel a sidewalk or two, please let us know at info@washingtonparkcares.net or 720.381.2470.
