The Committee for Washington Park is seeking volunteers to help the park crews plant flowers in the Downing Street gardens Saturday May 27th. We will begin at 7:00 a.m. and go till 10 a.m. but any time you can come and help is great. Bring gloves, water, sun screen and a trowel. This is a follow up to the May 24 meeting with the City's Public Works Department to determine the type and location for parking restrictions in West Wash Park for residents living close to the LA-Pearl light rail station.
