Cherokee Denver Redevelopment Advisory Committee (CDRAC) holds monthly meetings as needed to discuss the on-going developments at the old Gates site west of Broadway. These meetings are usually the 4th Wednesday of each month, but may be cancelled if there is not enough new information to warrant holding a meeting. On our agenda this month is a proposal for a 45 unit, 4 story residential construction for the 255 Washington site. Current proposal is lower in height than proposal set forth by previous developer.

The June meeting of the WWPNA Board and officers is open to the public. The meeting will be held at the Washington Street Community Center, 809 South Washington.
