Various Items on the Agenda include:
1. Discussion and possible vote on Country Club Gardens. Representatives from neither side have been invited and no new information will be presented. All information was gathered and/or presented earlier.
2. Vote on Kentucky Inn
3. Discussion and possible vote on Taki Sushi.
4. Update on 255 Washington (no new information to date)
5. Update on Mona's
6. Update on Byer's Lot, possible vote on new ordinance which may allow less open space that current code requires.

Cherokee Denver Redevelopment Advisory Committee (CDRAC) holds monthly meetings as needed to discuss the on-going developments at the old Gates site west of Broadway. These meetings are usually the 4th Wednesday of each month, but may be cancelled if there is not enough new information to warrant holding a meeting. NOTE: MEETING MOVED TO THURSDAY DUE TO 4TH HOLIDAY. The July meeting of the WWPNA Board and officers is open to the public. The meeting will be held at the Washington Street Community Center, 809 South Washington.
