A meeting was held a few months ago, at that time the preliminary design was met with no strong objections.

Meeting location is 111 Emerson "Park Place" in the dining hall and will begin promptly at 6:30.

The Broadway Cop Shop is organizing a Graffiti "Adopt-A-Block" or "Adopt-A-Spot" program to combat graffiti in West Washington Park.

Those interested will be in charge of monitoring graffiti on their block (or spot). They will photograph it and then either remove it or make sure it is removed by the property owner as soon as possible. The Cop Shop will provide dumpster beige paint and graffiti removal scrubs. Other paint colors are available upon request.

An organizational and informational meeting will be held Tuesday October 16 at 6:30 p.m. at the Washington Street Community Center, 809 South Washington. For more information, contact Merce Lea at 303-722-8919 or meredithzml@aol.com
