Neighborhood & Garden Tour

Sept 16th from 10:00-4:00, WWPNA is having its second annual Neighborhood and Garden Tour!

This is a FREE event. There are no tickets to buy, and the map of participating locations will be posted here on the WWPNA website. Our goal is just to get neighbors out enjoying our neighborhood and learning a little about our history and water-wise gardening in the process.

Locations around the West Wash Park neighborhood will have posters up giving some info about either their yard or the history of the home/business.

The Master Gardeners will have a table where you can get sustainable gardening info and ask your plant questions. We are also going to again have a scavenger hunt of the fun and whimsical little highlights around the neighborhood (like murals or yard art) for the young and young at heart. Weather permitting, we’ll have some solar cookers going with information available about cooking with the sun. We’re coming up with other fun ideas too, so keep an eye out here on this page as the date gets closer.

We are having a Neighborhood & Garden Tour, and we would like you to participate!

**This is a FREE event. No tickets necessary. Participants will have information about their homes on display the day of the event for neighbors to enjoy**

ALSO: On the day of the event, if you show your event map to Rosebud Cafe at the corner of Pennsylvania and 1st Ave, they’ll give you 5% off your order!

Email Carolyn for more information.
