Country Club Gardens - Oct 2000 report

In October 2000, the staff of the Community Planning & Development office indicated that Country Club Gardens met the qualifications as a potential historic landmark. The first page indicated why it qualified. The seond page summarized the character defining features of the site (that is, what was to be preserved). Finally, the third page outlined the negotiated settlement between the property owner and the city with regard to landmarking.

To that extent, this rather short document provides a pretty nice overview of the concerns for Country Club Gardens at the turn of the century.
