Denver neighborhood handbook (2006 edition)

It's often hard to get involved in neighborhood activities, because there seems to be so much to learn. The myriad of governmental entities, arcane zoning regulations, and diffuse experiences of activists around the city make it hard to figure out the structures and strictures in Denver city government.

Newbies and experienced folks alike will thus benefit from the Denver Neighborhood Handbook, which was created by Inter-Neighborhood Cooperation (INC) in partnership with the city's Community Planning and Development office.

This useful handbook is currently online in two parts:
Denver Neighborhood Handbook, Part One
Denver Neighborhood Handbook, Part Two.

And with that, you'll have all the knowledge you need to get started!
