There are two ways to vote:

  1. If you do not have access to a printer, pick up a printed ballot at 949 S. Penn.

Submit your paper ballot one of two ways: Email a picture or pdf to: secretary@wwpna.org by midnight MST May 17, 2023. Or, drop the printed version in one of two ballot boxes listed on the ballot by May 17, 2023.

VOTING RULES: If you vote by both email and paper ballot, your paper vote will be thrown out. Each WWPNA member over the age of 18, in good standing as of April 21, 2023, who’s name was entered on the membership form is eligible to vote. A quorum of 75 of Members’ votes are needed. Proxies are allowed and can be downloaded here: wwpna.org/proxy. Limit 10 proxies per person.
