WWPNA 2026 Bylaw Update
Over the last three years, the Board has worked hard reviewing our organizational structure to ensure we are best equipped to serve our neighborhood for years to come. Each of the last three Boards believed that, to position ourselves for long-term sustainability, WWPNA should transition from a 501(c)(4) social welfare organization to a 501(c)(3) public charity. To do this, WWPNA must update Articles 1 and 2 of our bylaws.
VOTING
The following proposed bylaw changes were presented during the Oct. 6th WWPNA Fall 2026 Membership Meeting. Current bylaws of the Association can be found on this page: wwpna.org/bylaws
VOTING PERIOD
October 6, 2026 - November 6, 2026
VOTING RULES
You must be a MEMBER in order to vote. Your membership must be in good standing as of October 13, 2026 when you submit your vote. Each WWPNA member over the age of 18 who’s name was entered on the membership form is eligible to vote. A quorum of 75 Members’ votes are needed.

Proxies are allowed and can be downloaded here: wwpna.org/proxy. When you receive a signed Proxy to vote for another Voting Member, please fill out an electronic Ballot for them, and SUBMIT the signed PROXY, to president@wwpna.org due no later than 10pm on October 13th.
Each individual member must submit their own ballot.
