Each April, WWPNA holds an election for seven two-year board seats.

April 29, 2026 - May 29, 2026
VOTING RULES
You must be a MEMBER in order to vote. Your membership must be in good standing as of May 5, 2026 when you submit your vote. Each WWPNA member over the age of 18 who’s name was entered on the membership form is eligible to vote. A quorum of 75 Members’ votes are needed.

Proxies are allowed and can be downloaded here: wwpna.org/proxy. When you receive a signed Proxy to vote for another Voting Member, please fill out an electronic Ballot for them, and SUBMIT the signed PROXY, to president@wwpna.org due no later than the adjournment of the May 5th meeting.
BALLOT INSTRUCTIONS
The board of the West Washington Park Neighborhood Association consists of thirteen (13) seats, one of which is designated for the immediate past President. There are seven (7) seats open this year for a two-year term of June 1, 2026 through May 31, 2028. The individuals listed below are the candidates nominated to serve as Members of the Board of Directors. Please vote for up to six (7) candidates to serve as members of the WWPNA Board of directors by checking the box next to their name. You may also write in the name(s) of any other current Member of WWPNA. Information entered on this form will be kept confidential.
Each individual member must submit their own ballot.
